the role
- Guides Lean Six Sigma Project Leaders in the effective application of tools and techniques within the DMAIC framework.
- Plans and facilitates workshops aimed at identifying improvement opportunities and project initiatives, ensuring teams achieve their objectives.
- Leads and coordinates Lean Six Sigma activities, including Kaizen Events, Spot Kaizen, Yokoten sessions, and other continuous improvement efforts.
- Cultivates a culture of continuous improvement across the organization by promoting best practices and fostering engagement.
- Serves as a subject matter expert for Lean Six Sigma training, advising departments on the application of methodologies and tools.
- Mentors and certifies Lean Six Sigma candidates, ensuring alignment with departmental objectives and skill development goals.
- Partners with cross-functional teams to execute continuous improvement projects, providing technical expertise and facilitation for multiple project waves annually.
- Tracks and reports Lean Six Sigma-related KPIs, leveraging data to support and sustain a culture of ongoing improvement.
